New art?
I will be posting new art soon. I’ve been experimenting with a new style that is pretty different from what I’ve done before. So I’m still drawing, not just taking photographs, and I hope to roll out something shiny and new soon.

Yay! Hitch is officially unafraid of my camera. He even started sniffing the lens while I was adjusting it.
A flower planted by the entrance by my apartment building.
We had a big hail storm yesterday. It was coming down so fast and hard it sounded like the windows were going to break.
I really love my new macro lens.
Poor Hitch was spooked by every little noise when we first got him. This includes things like the phone ringing, music playing and a pan sizzling.
He’s gotten better about random noises but now my camera is scaring him a little. I’m sure he’ll get used to it soon though like every other noise that used to scare him. Then maybe he’ll be a little more photogenic.
I got a Canon Digital Rebel XT on Friday and decided to test it out on Sunday by going to the zoo. I shot this picture through a fine chicken wire in bright light. The light created a kind of rainbow effect when it caught the chicken wire just right so it was incredibly hard to get a decent picture of this guy. I’m very happy with how it came out though. Much better than I thought it would at the time!
The snow is already completely melted.

And here’s my new bunny, Hitch! No, I didn’t name him after the movie because I’ve never even seen it. He was named by his foster mom I believe.
